I stayed in a Queen Room with two queen beds for 3 nights. The room had a strong smoke smell, and there were ashes on the floor, which was pretty gross. The bathroom wasn’t clean either, with hair everywhere and the towels were not fresh. The bed felt unkempt, and I wasn't really comfortable overall. Check-in was okay, but definitely could have been better with friendlier staff. The convenience to family nearby was the only highlight.
